How to see past owners and managers
Further down the vessel page sits the "Company history" section — changes of owner, operator and DOC holder grouped by role chain: owners separately, managers separately. Each record carries a "from — to" period: the end is derived from the start of the next record of the same role, the current holder's period stays open ("present") and carries a "Current" badge.
The section is available on the PRO and ENTERPRISE plans; without them the page states how many records the registry chain holds. The vessel dossier carries the ownership history on any plan.
Why it helps
Counterparty vetting: who actually stands behind the vessel. The data is built on public registries — you can open the source and verify it.
