ECA / SECA zones are emission-control areas where sulphur-in-fuel limits apply. On the rynda map you can turn them on as a separate layer.
How to show the zones
- Open the Ports Map.
- Enable the "ECA / SECA zones" layer in the left rail.
- The emission-control-area boundaries appear on the map.
Why it helps
- Plan bunkering against sulphur limits.
- See where a route crosses into a restricted zone.
Current as of 2026 — environmental rules directly drive fuel and routing choices.
