The voyage economics calculator computes a voyage's time-charter equivalent (TCE) — factoring route, cargo, port stays, bunkers, regulatory cost and commissions. Free, no account needed.
What you enter
- Vessel — DWT, speed, ME consumption, TC rate, hold cubic, scrubber.
- Route — leg distances (grab them from the map's "Calculate distance" tool).
- Cargo — quantity, freight rate, freight type (per tonne / L/S / WS).
- Port stays — load/discharge rates, laytime terms, port charges (PDA).
- Bunkers — VLSFO / LSMGO / HSFO prices, with live prices across 12 hubs (Singapore, Rotterdam, Fujairah and more).
- Regulatory cost, war risk (AWRP), commissions (address & brokerage).
How to calculate
- Open the calculator and fill the blocks: Vessel → Route → Cargo → Port stays → Bunkers.
- Turn on regulatory cost, war risk and commissions if relevant.
- Get the TCE and voyage economics; you can save, load and share the result.
Switch the result currency ($ / € / ¥).
