My Fleet is your personal section for monitoring vessels and getting event alerts. Add the vessels you care about, and Rynda watches them and sends alerts — by email and Telegram on any plan.
What My Fleet can do
- A vessel list with live positions, ETA and draught.
- A fleet map — the sea map with a ring around each of your vessels; the "My fleet only" switch leaves just them on it.
- Alerts on events: port arrival and departure, speed and draught changes, area enter/leave, AIS signal loss and more — 13 types in total.
- Notes and files — private annotations in a vessel's card. The watchlist of other companies' vessels lives in Screening → Watching.
- Fleet analytics — port calls, voyages and port time; included in PRO and ENTERPRISE.
How to start
- Open My Fleet — in your dashboard it is the Fleet space. While the fleet is empty, the "Add your first vessel" screen offers a vessel you recently viewed and a search.
- Add vessels — from search, the map, or a vessel page.
- Configure alerts via the wizard: event type, vessels, parameters (port, area, threshold), delivery channel.
- Pick a channel: in-app, email, Telegram.
Plans
Free — up to 3 vessels, port arrival and departure alerts, delivery by email and Telegram. PRO — up to 10 vessels, all 13 alert types, faster position refresh, deeper history and replay windows, and a monthly vessel dossier. ENTERPRISE adds team access and a vessel cap sized to your fleet — from 50 to 150 vessels. Larger fleets, webhooks and API are Commercial terms — press “Talk to us” on the plans page.
What happens to vessels over the limit
When your fleet holds more vessels than the plan includes, the extra ones are frozen: they stay in the list, greyed out and marked “Frozen”, but their position, history and alerts stop updating. The vessels added last stay live. Frozen vessels are left out of Open tonnage, and alert rules for them do not fire.
This happens in three cases: a free-plan fleet holds more than 3 vessels, a subscription has ended, or a trial has ended.
- A notice above the cabinet sections names the frozen vessels, and an email arrives on the day of the freeze.
- Remove one of the live vessels and the next frozen one comes back.
- Upgrading to PRO unfreezes all vessels at once if there are no more than 10; on ENTERPRISE, within the limit you pick.
Bridge to deals
The Deals space matches cargo to your fleet: in Cargo and tonnage, the "Near your vessels" block shows fitting cargo from the marketplace, and in Open tonnage a vessel row has a "Find cargo" button.
