My Fleet supports alerts on thirteen event types, delivered over several channels.
Event types
- Port arrival and port departure.
- AIS lost — the signal is gone longer than a threshold.
- Speed change and draught change — you set the threshold.
- Enter area and leave area — for your custom areas.
- ETA change — the ETA shifted by more than a threshold.
- Arrival approaching — the vessel arrives in less than a set number of hours.
- Destination change — the AIS destination changed (re-route).
- Vessel opening — the vessel is likely becoming open for a new fixture.
- Ship-to-ship — two of your vessels alongside at near-zero speed.
- Anchor dragging — an anchored vessel drifts beyond a set radius from its anchor position.
Which types on which plan
The free plan creates port arrival and port departure. The other eleven
types run on PRO and ENTERPRISE.
The wizard lists every type at once: the paid ones carry a lock icon and a PRO
label. Clicking one opens the plans page, so you see what the upgrade buys before
you configure a rule.
Delivery channels
- In-app (in the Events section).
- Email.
- Telegram (after connecting).
- Webhook — on Commercial terms (individual contract).
Mix them: e.g. port arrival → Telegram, the rest → Events.
