The watchlist and notes flag important vessels in your dashboard. The watchlist is a quick list of vessels you keep an eye on, in Screening → Watching; notes are your annotations on a specific vessel in your fleet.
Watchlist
Press Watch on a vessel in the Screening space to keep it handy, and remove it when you no longer need it. The list does not count against your fleet limit. How many vessels the list holds depends on your plan: 5 on FREE, 200 on PRO, unlimited on Enterprise. How to add vessels and get the detention email is covered in Watching a vessel and the detention email. Alerts pair well with it: the alert builder has a "My watchlist" target.
Notes
Open a vessel in Fleet → Vessels and go to the Notes & files tab. Attach a note to a vessel — broker agreements, counterparty context, a reminder. Notes are private: only you can see them. Tag them for filtering and attach files — a Q88 or photos, for example.
Why it helps
Don't lose important vessels, and keep working context next to their position.
Notes live in the vessel card of your fleet; the watchlist lives in Screening → Watching.
