1. Why your information crosses borders
RYNDA GLOBAL FZCO (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) operates the English version of the platform. The platform is international: your listings and profile are seen by users in many countries, and the website relies on servers and service providers in different countries. This page explains where your personal data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates and outside your own country, who receives it and why. It is for information and is not a request for consent: the legal bases are set out in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. Other Rynda services offered on separate websites are governed by their own terms.
2. Where your information is processed
- Pages and files are served mainly through Amazon Web Services servers in the European Union, where copies of uploaded files and technical copies of data are also kept.
- Our main databases, their backups and our analytics system are hosted for us by our affiliated company outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, in a country without an adequacy decision.
- The AI model provider, Google Analytics and the service that finds country and region from a network address process information in the United States.
- Other providers process information in the countries set out in their own terms.
- Other users who see your listings or chat with you may be in any country.
3. Who receives your information

4. Safeguards
We transfer personal data internationally only where the applicable legal requirements are met. Depending on the destination, we rely on a recognised level of protection in that country, appropriate contractual safeguards with the recipient, or another permitted ground, such as the performance of our contract with you and, for Google Analytics, your consent to analytics. Recipients receive only the information needed for the purpose. You can ask us at info@rynda.io which safeguard applies to a transfer and, where the law gives you that right, for a copy of it. Your browser connects to the website over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Private files, such as company verification documents and chat attachments, open only after sign-in and an access check. Contact details in chats stay hidden until both sides press "Agreed" or you share them.
5. Your choices
- Analytics: switch off Google Analytics and the full mode of our own analytics with "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of any page.
- AI features: you can fill in listings manually. Published listings are machine-translated automatically, so their text is always processed by the AI model provider.
- Telegram: the Rynda bot and Telegram notifications are optional.
- Listing emails and other Rynda services: emails to broker@rynda.io are processed only if you send them, and another Rynda service checks whether your company is verified only if you use it as an employer.
- Your account: you can delete it in Account → Security → "Delete account".
