1. Who provides the service

Under the documents published in English in the Legal section, the rynda.io platform is provided by:

RYNDA GLOBAL FZCO is the provider of the platform under the Terms of Use, the seller of paid services and the controller of personal data under the Privacy Policy.

Other Rynda services offered on separate websites are governed by their own terms.

2. What the platform sells

Free: registration, posting listings and messaging, the FREE plan of My Fleet, and the map and the pages of vessels, ports and companies to the extent available without payment.

Paid:

• My Fleet subscriptions on the PRO and ENTERPRISE plans, including extra team seats; COMMERCIAL plan terms are agreed in a separate contract;
• one-off reports: vessel dossier, PSC report, vessel history and shipowner report;
• bundles of 5 and 10 checks.

The Rynda Tech section describes custom software, app and AI development. Its descriptions are not an offer: any work is done only under a separate written contract that names the contractor and sets the scope, timing, price and rights in the result.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page before you pay. Payment is made by card through our payment service providers. Subscriptions do not renew automatically: you renew by paying for a new period. How to pay and how refunds work is described in Payments and Refunds, and the terms for reports in the Report Purchase Terms.

We are not a party to deals between users: we do not act as carrier, forwarder, broker or agent in those deals, we do not accept freight payments and we do not charge commission on deals between users. Posting listings is free.

Communications can be sent in English. Messages to this address are handled by people, not only by automated tools.
