Turnkey software and web platform development

We build web platforms, customer portals and internal tools for businesses turnkey, and show a working version early in the project. Our main example is rynda.io: a platform with accounts, roles, payments and a real-time data stream on 100,000+ vessels. One team writes, ships and supports the code.

What we build

Systems people use every day

  • Platforms with accounts

Sign-up, roles, teams, plans and payments, notifications: everything a customer-facing service needs.

  • Internal tools

Records, moderation, admin panels and staff workspaces instead of spreadsheets and email threads.

  • Real-time data

Ingesting, enriching and storing event streams, with maps and analytics on top.

  • API integrations

Payment providers, email, Telegram, external databases and AI services.

  • Sites that get found

Page text served to search engines and AI assistants without JavaScript, with schema.org markup, in two languages.

  • Support after launch

Checks before every release, event analytics, fixes and new features.

Projects

What the team built and runs

Our main example is rynda.io: open any part of it and check it yourself. No borrowed projects, no made-up clients.

A vessel map, fleet monitoring, vessel checks, a cargo board and AI. Our team built and runs all of it, from data intake to payments.

Rynda Crewing

Vacancies from shipowners and crewing agencies, seafarer resumes, applications and messaging. Crewing vacancies also appear on the vessel card on rynda.io.

What’s inside

  • Vacancies with public pages. Every vacancy from a shipowner or an agency gets its own page.
  • Seafarer resume. A step-by-step wizard: rank, experience, documents and certificates.
  • Applications and hiring stages. Applications with statuses, from new to hired.
  • Chat with candidates. Shipowners and seafarers message each other on the platform.
  • Subscriptions and payments. Employer plans, invoices and payments.
  • Linked to rynda.io. Crewing vacancies on the vessel card and in the account.

Approach

Fast, without shipping raw code

The code this page talks about runs on rynda.io every day. The team writes it, ships it and fixes it.

  • First comes a working version on your data: decisions are made on the live product, not on a mockup.
  • Changes ship in short steps, and each one passes type checks, tests and a look at the interface on phone and desktop.
  • A new feature ships with its analytics, so you can see whether people use it.
  • Interface text lives in translation files, not in code, so a second language needs no rework.

How a project runs

  1. Scoping

We describe the process, the users and what success looks like, then agree what goes into the first version.

  2. First version

A working flow on your data instead of a long mockup phase.

  3. Launch

Servers, a release with checks and a list of what we watch right after launch.

  4. Growth

Improvements in short steps, driven by analytics and user feedback.

FAQ

Software development FAQ

What software do you build?

Web platforms with accounts and payments, internal tools and admin panels, data processing services and API integrations.

Which technologies do you use?

Next.js, React and TypeScript for interfaces; Node.js, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse and Redis on the server; Docker for deployment. This is the stack rynda.io runs on.

Can you improve an existing system?

Yes. We start by reading the code and seeing how the system is used, then propose what to change first.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on the scope. We show a working version early in the project and give a timeline and a price after scoping. Send a request or email info@rynda.io.
