How we keep AI output reliable

Models make mistakes, so AI in a product needs checks around it. Every AI feature on rynda.io is built this way.

  • Model output is checked automatically: format, required fields, banned words. A failure never reaches the user.
  • A person sees important data before it is published: a parsed broker email goes through moderation.
  • There is a fallback key and a fallback model, so a provider outage does not stop the work.
  • We change models only after a benchmark on our own data, comparing old and new models on the same set of emails.

Which AI models do you work with?

Claude from Anthropic and GPT from OpenAI. We pick the model by benchmarking on your data: sometimes a fast, cheap one is enough, sometimes you need a stronger one.

What tasks does AI handle best?

Working with free text: mapping an email or document to fields, writing text from data, answering questions from a knowledge base, guiding a user through a request.

How do you guard against model errors?

With an automated check on every answer, human moderation of important data and a fallback model in case of an outage. That is how the AI features on rynda.io work.

Can AI be connected to our existing system?

Yes. AI connects to an existing system through an API: emails, documents and data stay in your processes, and the model takes over parsing and drafts.
