The "Write to broker" button on a listing opens a conversation inside the platform. The whole deal history stays in one place.
How to get in touch
- Open a listing in the marketplace or click "Details".
- Click "Write to broker" (on regular listings the button is "Message the author").
- Continue in the Inbox — the full deal conversation lives there.
- Once you agree on terms, both sides click "Agreed". Each party's contacts then open in the Inbox.
When contacts become visible
The counterparty's email and phone open only after both sides have clicked "Agreed" — or once someone shares their contacts directly. Until then you talk through the on-platform chat, which protects both sides.
What you need
A free account is required to message — so the counterparty knows who they're dealing with.
