AI offer creation lets you list a cargo or a vessel with one message: describe the offer in your own words, AI recognizes the details and fills the form — you review and publish.
What the AI recognizes
- Offer type — cargo (parcel, full vessel, consecutive voyages) or vessel charter.
- Route — loading and discharge ports; ports found in the rynda directory are filled in immediately.
- Cargo — type (bulk, containers, general, liquid, ro-ro, project), weight and volume.
- Dates and rate — loading date, currency and price when the text mentions them.
- Title and description — generated in both English and Russian.
How to create an offer
- Open the "Create an offer with AI" page (
/create/ai).
- Describe the offer in free form: route, cargo and weight, readiness date. Example: "Wheat 100,000 MT from Astrakhan to Anzali, loading August 15".
- Click "Recognize and fill the form".
- Review the form: AI has filled the cargo type, route, dates and price — the "Form pre-filled by AI" banner reminds you to complete the rest.
- Finish the remaining steps (cargo details, photos) and publish — the offer goes to moderation.
What if the AI didn't recognize a port
The AI never invents data: if a port is missing from the directory or the name is ambiguous, the field stays as text — pick the port manually from the directory right in the form.
Tip
The more specific the description, the less you fill in later: include weight, dates and the rate up front and the form arrives almost ready.
Recognition works without registration; publishing requires a free account.
