The unified listing window lets you publish a cargo or a vessel from one text: paste a description from an email or a messenger on the "New offer" page, review the ready card in the preview and publish. No six-step form to fill.
What is recognized from the text
- Deal type — part cargo, shipload, consecutive voyages, an open vessel or a vessel-wanted request (cargo seeking tonnage).
- Route — loading and discharge ports; ports found in the rynda directory are matched right away.
- Cargo — type (bulk, containers, general, liquid, vehicles, project) and weight.
- Vessel — name and IMO; particulars (DWT, dimensions, year) are pulled from the ship registry.
- Dates and rate — loading or open date, currency and price when the text mentions them.
- Title and description — in English and Russian at once. The title is the gist of the offer without the route or dates: ports and dates get their own lines on the card. If you fill in the step-by-step form by hand and the other language is empty, the platform adds it as the listing goes live: visitors always see a card fully in English or fully in Russian.
How to publish an offer
- Open the "New offer" page and paste your text into the "Offer text" field — a whole email works, the noise is dropped. Not sure what to write — see the examples under the field.
- Press "Build the card".
- Review the preview: the card is shown exactly as the market will see it on the board. The deal type switches right under the card.
- Go through the publication checklist: green rows were recognized from the text, yellow rows are filled in place (a port from the directory, date, weight). Set the rate as a number or tick "Rate on request". The title and the cargo type and subtype (coal, grain, ore and more) are edited right there.
- Optionally attach photos and documents and set a delivery date — none of it blocks publishing. Press "Publish" — the offer goes to moderation and appears on the board after review; the files are uploaded together with the publication, and more can be added later.
What if a port is not recognized
Nothing is invented: when a port is missing from the directory or the name is ambiguous, the checklist row stays yellow — start typing the name and pick the port from the suggestions.
Do I need an account
Parsing and the preview work without registration. Publishing requires a free account: the draft is saved, and after signing in you return to the same card.
Tip
The more specific the text, the less to fill in: state the weight, dates and rate right away — the card arrives almost ready. For brokers the "From a broker" tag is applied automatically from the account.
