Listing by email lets you publish cargoes and vessels without opening the site: a broker or forwarder forwards an order to broker@rynda.io, and each cargo and each vessel in the email becomes a separate listing and goes to review.
The address is in your account, under "My listings", on the "Post by email" card. The card also names the email address to send from. It stays until you send your first email; after that the address is in this article.

Who can list by email
- Account type: "Broker" or "Forwarder". Emails from an account of another type are not published: you get a reply that a broker or forwarder account is needed.
- Sender address: the one your account is registered with. For a forwarded email, the sender is the person who forwarded it.
- Plan: any. Listing by email is free.
How to list an offer by email
- Open "My listings" in your account and press the broker@rynda.io button on the "Post by email" card: the address is copied and the button shows "Copied".
- Forward the order to broker@rynda.io from your account email, or write a new email. One email can hold several cargoes and vessels.
- Wait for the reply from broker@rynda.io: it confirms the offer went to review.
- Open "My listings": the new listings show the "In review" status. After review they go live on the board.
- Check each listing and fix parsing errors with "Open". The author is responsible for a published listing.
What is read from the email
- The whole email: subject and body. Attachments (PDF, Word, spreadsheets) are not read, so paste the order into the email itself.
- Several offers: each cargo and each vessel becomes a separate listing.
- Dates and ports: if the email gives no loading or open date, the date field stays empty. If it names no port, that place is not shown in the listing.
- Filled-in values: missing details may get a general value, such as "General cargo". Check those fields first.
- Contacts: taken from your account, not from the email.
Before sending, remove what the offer does not need: colleagues' signatures, forwarding chains, details about people. The full email is stored for moderation and is not copied into the listing description.
What if I have no account yet
The email is not published, and the sender gets an invitation to register. The latest email from that address is kept and parsed once a "Broker" or "Forwarder" account is registered with it.
