Sometimes a vessel has no fresh position on the map — that's normal. The last known point is shown until new data arrives.
Why it happens
- The vessel is in a weak-reception area — e.g. the open ocean.
- The signal is temporarily absent; it returns once the vessel is back in range.
What to do
- Go by the last-updated time on the vessel card.
- For movement history, use the vessel page with voyages and port calls.
A missing fresh point on the open sea is expected, not an error.
