My Fleet has three plans — FREE, PRO and ENTERPRISE — plus Commercial terms for fleets over 150 vessels. FREE is for getting started, PRO for daily work, ENTERPRISE for a team and a large fleet, Commercial for an individual contract. What "live watch of one vessel per day" means
It is the time you keep a vessel card open and follow its position in real time. The clock runs per vessel: an hour on one vessel does not take time from another. It counts only while the tab is active — a minimised or forgotten tab spends nothing, and Replay mode spends nothing either.
When a vessel's time is up, it stays on the map and in search — only its position refreshes less often: every 12 hours on FREE, every hour on PRO. Other vessels and the map are not affected, and port arrival and departure alerts keep coming. The counter resets at midnight, your local time.
How to choose
- FREE — try the product and run a small fleet.
- PRO — more zones and rules, all alert types, three hours of watching per vessel a day and one vessel dossier a month.
- ENTERPRISE — a team, a fleet of 50 to 150 vessels, watching without limits, three dossiers and one shipowner report a month: for people who keep the map open all working day.
- Commercial — a fleet over 150 vessels, webhooks and API, team seats sized to your staff, contract and SLA. There is no list price: press Talk to us in the Commercial column of the pricing page, fill in the short form (company, number of vessels, what you need) and the reply arrives by email within one business day.
Dossier and report quotas belong to the organisation, not to each member; documents bought separately do not consume them. The full inspection report is in no plan — it is bought one at a time.
How to join a paid plan
Card payment in US dollars is opening soon. Until then a paid plan is booked through the waitlist:
- Open the pricing page or My Fleet → Plans and pick PRO or ENTERPRISE. For ENTERPRISE, set the number of vessels and extra seats with the sliders — the monthly price updates as you move them.
- Press Join the waitlist. The dialog shows the plan, the price and that nothing is charged now.
- Enter your email if you are not signed in and press Add me to the waitlist.
The dialog then shows the date you joined, and a confirmation email arrives. The same button on the plan card now reads On the waitlist since the date — pressing it again does not create a second request. We write again when payment opens.
