The free trial is 14 days of the PRO or ENTERPRISE plan at no cost and with no card: you start it in one click and use every feature of the plan. One trial per account.
What is included
- Every feature of the chosen plan: vessel, zone and rule limits, all alert types, history and replay windows — the same as a paid subscription. For ENTERPRISE you pick the number of vessels and seats just as you would when subscribing.
- One vessel dossier for the whole trial. The monthly plan quota (1 on PRO, 3 on ENTERPRISE) starts with the first payment; the shipowner report is not part of the trial.
- The term is 14 days from the start. The end date is shown under My Fleet → Plans and in the email that confirms the start.
How to start
- Open My Fleet → Plans and pick PRO or ENTERPRISE. For ENTERPRISE, set the number of vessels and extra seats with the sliders.
- Press Start 14-day free trial. The line under the button says that no card and no payment are needed.
- The plan switches at once: the page header shows Free trial · until the end date, and a confirmation email arrives.
When paid plans open for your region, the waitlist appears where you pay — on a document order or on the plan card after the trial — and we email you at launch.
What happens when it ends
- Two days before the end date you receive a reminder email.
- Nothing is charged — there is no card on file.
- Your fleet, notes and history stay with you whatever comes next; we write to you before the end date.
Who cannot start a trial
- Accounts that have already used a trial — on any plan.
- Accounts with an active or previously paid subscription.
