PRO and ENTERPRISE are paid by card in US dollars, as a one-off payment for the term you choose — 1, 6 or 12 months. The plan activates as soon as the payment goes through. Everything happens on the Plans & subscription page under My Fleet.
How to pay
- Open My Fleet → Plans.
- Pick the term at the top of the plan cards: 1 mo, 6 mo or 12 mo. Six months is 5% cheaper, twelve months 10%.
- Pick the plan. For ENTERPRISE, set the number of vessels (50–150) and any extra seats with the slider and the stepper — the price on the card follows them.
- Press Subscribe. You land on the checkout page, where you choose a payment provider and pay by card.
- After payment you return to your account and the plan is active. A receipt arrives by email.
The plan card shows the price per month, and the line under it says what is actually charged: “Billed monthly” for one month, or “Billed $637.20 for 12 mo” for a term.

ENTERPRISE is priced by the fleet size you set with the slider; extra team seats are $69 each per month. Fleets above 150 vessels are quoted individually — press Talk to us on the Commercial card.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Each payment covers the term you paid for and nothing is charged after it. Two days before the term ends you get a reminder email; to carry on, open My Fleet → Plans and pay for the next period. The button on your current plan then reads Renew subscription, and the new term is added on top of the days you have left.
Because there is no automatic charge, no card is stored and there is nothing to unlink.
Changing plan mid-term
Moving between PRO and ENTERPRISE credits the unused part of your current term against the new price, and the new term replaces the old one. The credited amount is worked out from what you actually paid, in the currency you paid it in.
Receipts and invoices
Every payment appears in the Subscription & billing block on the same page, with its date, amount and status. A receipt for each payment is emailed to the address on the account.
One-off documents and bundles
Vessel dossiers, inspection reports, vessel history and shipowner reports are bought one at a time, by card, on the page where the document is offered — no subscription needed.
If you check vessels regularly, a bundle is cheaper: pay once for 5 checks (5% off) or 10 checks (10% off) and spend them whenever you need. You do not pick the vessels in advance and the checks do not expire. A bundle belongs to the organisation, so every member can spend it. Bundles live under Research and on the pricing page — details in Check bundles.
