20 23-P-09. NORTH SEA. United Kingdom Sector. — Restricted area. Works. (Taunton, 20-2731(P)) 1. Work is about to commence on the construction of the Hornsea Project Two Offshore Windfarm (HOW02). The site boundary adjoins the Hornsea Project One Offshore Windfarm (HOW01) along the following approximate positions : 53 49,50 N — 1 37,99 E 53 50,05 N — 1 27,07 E 54 00,94 N — 1 26,60 E 53 59,94 N — 2 05,47 E 53 57,58 N — 2 06,47 E 2. All vessels should navigate with caution in the area. A safety zone of 500 metres becomes operational around the turbines under construction. 3.
