Changes to fairways and buoyage have taken place in the approaches to Helsinki. 2. The fairway north of Gråskärsbådan light has been widened. The eastern limit of the fairway now joins the following positions : 60 02,67 N — 24 54,95 E 60 05,68 N — 24 54,11 E 3. The fairway south-west of Harmaja Gråhara light has been widened. The western limit of the fairway now joins the following positions : 60 05,02 N — 24 57,96 E 60 06,22 N — 24 56,76 E 4. The fairway north of Anchorage Area D has been extended southwards, joining the following positions : 59 58,71 N — 24 53,31 E 59 58,30 N — 24 53,24 E 59 58,25 N — 24 54,17 E 59 58,70 N — 24 54,18 E 5. A new recommended route, maximum authorised draught 8m, has been established between the following positions : 59 58,28 N — 24 53,64 E 60 02,33 N — 24 54,31 E 6. A west cardinal light-buoy has been established in position 60 03,46 N — 24 54,73 E. 7. A new light, Fl.WRG.5s23m6M, has been established in position 60 05,50 N — 25 07,82 E. 8. A new fairway has been established, bounded by the following positions : 60 04,13 N — 25 09,75 E 60 04,66 N — 25 10,22 E 59 58,37 N — 25 23,18 E 59 58,23 N — 25 20,47 E 9. A new recommended track, maximum authorised draught 11·0m, has been established joining the following positions : 60 04,56 N — 25 09,66 E 59 58,30 N — 25 21,83 E 10. *A South Cardinal V-AIS has been established in position 60 01,75 N — 25 16,25 E. The West Cardinal buoy in position 60 01,98 N — 25 16,55 E has been removed. 11. A West Cardinal V-AIS has replaced the West Cardinal buoy in position 60 04,01 N — 25 19,21 E. 12.
