20 03-P-09. NORTH SEA. German Sector. — Vessel traffic services. (Taunton 20-398(P)) 1. As of 1 January 2020, VTS Centre ‘Ems Traffic’ can be reached on VHF Channel 74, for entry beyond an approximate line joining light- buoys in the following positions : Buoy Type Designation Characteristic Position Safe Water Westerems Iso.4s AIS 53 36,95 N — 6 17,74 E Safe Water Riffgat Iso.8s 53 38,96 N — 6 27,07 E Safe Water Osterems Iso.4s 53 41,78 N — 6 36,23 E 2.
