Remplacé. 1 - Reclamation and marine works are in progress within an area bounded by the following positions : 28 43,21 N — 48 23,03 E ; (shore) 28 43,86 N — 48 23,38 E ; 28 44,07 N — 48 25,66 E ; 28 44,38 N — 48 26,46 E ; 28 43,92 N — 48 34,57 E ; 28 42,82 N — 48 33,75 E ; 28 40,83 N — 48 34,47 E ; 28 39,64 N — 48 31,33 E ; 28 39,46 N — 48 28,36 E ; 28 39,30 N — 48 25,13 E ; 28 40,92 N — 48 24,40 E ; 28 41,86 N — 48 22,70 E. (shore) 2 - Pipeline laying operations are taking place joining the following positions : 28 43,11 N — 48 22,97 E ; (shore) 28 42,39 N — 48 24,89 E ; 28 42,12 N — 48 28,95 E ; 28 41,42 N — 48 33,38 E. 3 - Navigation within these areas is temporarily prohibited and mariners are requested to give clearance of at least 2 nautical miles. 4 - Numerous temporary buoys and other features are located in the works area. Dredging vessels, pipe laying barges and working boats operate in the areas around the clock. 5 - Within the vicinity of these areas, mariners are advised to navigate with caution due to the existence of underwater obstructions.
