17 12-P-06. SCOTLAND (East Coast). Moray Firth - Beatrice Oil Field NE and Spey Bay. — Buoyage. (Taunton, 17-1366(P)) 1. Work is about to commence on the construction of the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm. All vessels should navigate with caution in the area. A safety zone of 500 metres becomes operational around the turbines under construction. 3. Cable laying operations will also be conducted between the new Wind Farm and Spey Bay (57 42,30 N - 3 01,80 W) 4.
