17 04-P-07. KUWAIT. Mina' az Zawr SE. — Breakwater. Lights. Buoyage. (Taunton, 17-322 (P)) 1 — Development works are in progress for Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City project at Al Khiran. Changes to aids to navigation in the northern entrance have been made. 2 — A new breakwater has been constructed and is marked by lights, Fl.3M, in the following positions : 28 41,49 N — 48 23,15 E 28 41,42 N — 48 23,28 E 28 41,09 N — 48 23,28 E 3 — A new approach channel, south of the new breakwater, is marked by lateral buoys in the following positions : Type Position Starboard-hand 28 41,01 N — 48 23,47 E Port-hand 28 40,93 N — 48 23,47 E Starboard-hand 28 41,02 N — 48 23,27 E Port-hand 28 40,94 N — 48 23,25 E 4 — Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area. 5 — Charts will be updated when the works are complete.
