17 02-T-16. NEW ZEALAND. North Island - Wellington - Lambton Harbour. — Light. Restricted area. Buoyage. Floating barrier. (Taunton, 17- 164 (T)) 1 - Until further notice, the Thorndon Container Terminal light, Oc.G.3s6m4M, in position 41 16,894 S — 174 47,417 E, has a reduced range of 1M. A red floating harbour boom has been established around an area of subsided land to the west and north of the light. 2 - A restricted area, entry prohibited for recreational vessels, has been established, bounded by the following positions : 41 16,941 S — 174 47,072 E ; 41 16,875 S — 174 47,560 E ; 41 15,728 S — 174 47,478 E (shore). 3 - Unauthorised vessels are not permitted within the restricted area and the limits may change as required. 4 - Yellow conical light-buoys, Fl(4)20s, have been established in the following positions : 41 16,815 S — 174 47,529 E ; 41 16,609 S — 174 47,478 E. 5 - Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
