Significant changes have taken place in Lomonosovskaya Otmel’ in connection with the construction of Bronka Multifunctional Maritime Transhipment Complex (MMTC), in approximate position 59 56,06 N - 29 41,79 E. 2. A new fairway, No 7A, marked by buoyage, has been established joining the following positions (WGS84 Datum) : Positions Minimum Depth Bearing 59 59,020 N - 29 44,189 E to 59 58,010 N - 29 44,858 E 10,7 m 161,7° - 341,7° ; 59 58,010 N - 29 44,858 E to 59 56,497 N - 29 43,283 E 13,4 m 207,6° - 027,6° The fairway leads to a buoyed area to the north of the MMTC. 3. A precautionary area, Russian Regulated Area No 357, has been established bounded by the following positions (WGS84 Datum) : 59 58,943 N — 29 44,083 E ; 59 58,873 N — 29 44,499 E ; 59 58,899 N — 29 44,576 E ; 59 59,012 N — 29 44,649 E ; 59 59,113 N — 29 44,033 E ; 59 59,002 N — 29 43,960 E ; 59 58,962 N — 29 44,054 E. 5. The eastern limit of Anchorage Area No 3 has been amended, it is now bounded by the following positions (WGS84 Datum) : 59 58,832 N — 29 44,133 E ; 59 59,007 N — 29 43,900 E. 6.
