15 28-T-07. ROMANIA. Approaches to Constanta. — Mooring buoys. (Taunton, 15-3494(T)) 1. Eight unlit yellow mooring buoys have been established within a circular area radius 1,22 M, centred on position 44 16,4 N - 31 01,7 E (WGS84 Datum). 2.
