15 06-P-09. UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. Sir Bani Yas NE. — Buoyage. Dredging areas. (Taunton, 15-579 (P)) 1 — Dredging is in progress to widen the main approach channels to the ports of Jabal-Az Zannah (Jabal Dhanna) and Ar Ru'ays (Ruwais). 2 — The Ru'ays (Ruwais) DW route will be widened to 300m and dredged to 15m between positions : 24 24,48 N — 52 36,84 E ; 24 22,93 N — 52 39,02 E ; 24 19,98 N — 52 42,12 E ; 24 17,86 N — 52 41,15 E. 3 — The Sir Bani Yas (Stewart) Channel will be widened to 300m and dredged to 15m between positions : 24 22,93 N — 52 39,02 E ; 24 20,86 N — 52 40,20 E ; 24 18,09 N — 52 40,80 E. 4 — The North East approach channel, in the vicinity of the Dalma W Cardinal buoy (24 32,51 N — 52 27,85 E), will be widened to 500m and dredged to 15m between positions : 24 35,27 N — 52 33,01 E ; 24 33,45 N — 52 30,80 E ; 24 31,00 N — 52 30,70 E ; 24 28,26 N — 52 31,67 E. 5 — A new channel between North Channel and the Ru'ays (Ruwais) DW route will be established and dredged to 12m between positions : 24 23,87 N — 52 41,45 E ; 24 19,98 N — 52 42,12 E. 6 — New buoyage will be installed on completion of dredging activities. 7 — Details of the location of the dredger will be announced by the Jabal Dhanna/Ruwais Port VTS to all vessels coming in or out of the ports. Mariners are advised to keep clear of the dredger and its marker buoys. 8 — Works are expected to continue until the third quarter of 2015. (WGS84 Datum) Voir cartes GB2889, GB3179
