14 45-T-18. UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. Zarkouh Oilfield N. — Restricted area. (Taunton, 14-4851 (T)) 1 — Pipeline laying operations are taking place across the western part of the TSS Between Zaqqum and Umm Shaif. 2 — Temporary entry prohibited areas will be established until 28th November 2014 within an area bounded by the following positions (WGS84 DATUM): 24 59,02 N — 53 01,34 E ; 24 59,36 N — 53 02,48 E ; 24 55,84 N — 53 03,31 E ; 24 55,50 N — 53 02,17 E. 3 — Mariners are advised to maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 16 and where necessary contact Das Port Control on Channel 23.
