14 42-T-08. CHINA. Yellow Sea Coast - Lianyungang Gang SE. — Works. (Taunton, 14-4563 (T)) 1. Seismic exploration works are taking place, until 30 November 2014, within an area bounded by the following positions: 34 19,78 N — 121 26,32 E ; 34 48,57 N — 122 48,65 E ; 34 07,08 N — 123 10,76 E ; 33 38,53 N — 121 47,66 E. (WGS84 Datum) 2. Vessels should monitor VHF Channel 16. 3. The operating vessel is towing a cable, length 7,5km, 8 m under the water level; the cable has a visual mark and radar beacons at its end, which is lit by a white light, Fl 3s, at night. 4. Passing vessels are prohibited from crossing the cable.
