(Taunton, 14-4145 (P)) 1 — There have been numerous changes to aids to navigation in the approaches to the Bahía Manzanillo, Colón Container Teminal, Manzanilla International Terminal and Colón 2000. 2 — All red and green buoyage are now fitted with AIS transmitters. 3 — Leading lights characteristics have been amended to Oc.W.8s and the bearing of the lead is reported as 180 degrees. 4 — Light-buoys 1 and 3 have been amended to, Fl.G.3s. 5 — Light-buoys 2 and 4 have been amended to, Fl.R.3s. 6 — The characteristics of East Breakwater, East Entrance lights have been amended to Fl.G.5s23m10M and Fl.R.5s27m10M. 7 — Works, marked by unlit yellow buoys, are in progress centred on position 9 22,07 N — 79 53,14 W. 8 — These changes will be included in a New Edition of Chart 3111 to be published 4 Dec 2014.
