14 19-P-04. GERMANY (North Sea Coast). The Elbe - Neuer Luechtergrund. — Buoyage. Radar reference line. (Taunton, 14-1953(P)) 1. Numerous changes to buoyage marking channel limits have taken place along Mittelrinne and Norderrinne. 2. Temporary south cardinal light-buoys have been established in the following positions : 53 59,43 N - 8 32,90 E ; 53 59,48 N - 8 30,68 E. 3. The radar reference line has been withdrawn between the following positions : 53 58,97 N - 8 26,77 E ; 53 56,20 N - 8 39,87 E. (All positions are referred to WGS84 Datum) 4.
