Submarine pipeline laying operations are in progress, until 31 st July 2014, within a 2 M wide area centred on a line joining the following positions: 38 08,7 N — 119 03,3 E ; 38 08,5 N — 119 08,1 E ; 38 07,6 N — 119 09,1 E ; 37 57,2 N — 119 27,9 E ; 38 00,7 N — 119 32,9 E ; 38 04,3 N — 119 46,4 E ; 38 12,8 N — 119 33,3 E ; (CEP Platform) and 38 04,3 N — 119 46,4 E ; 38 08,0 N — 119 43,6 E ; and 38 04,3 N — 119 46,4 E ; 38 04,2 N — 119 49,5 E. (All positions are referred to WGS84 Datum) 2. The operating vessel displays signals day and night and keeps a listening watch on VHF channels 16 and 67. 3.
