14 13-T-09. QATAR. Approaches to Mesaieed - West Channel. — Buoyage. (Taunton, 14-1342 (T)) 1 — Changes to buoyage have taken place, until further notice, in the vicinity of the West Channel entrance to Mesaieed. 2 — The Hul west cardinal light-buoy, Q(9)15s Racon (T), has been temporarily moved from position 25 02,88 N — 51 41,94 E to position 25 03,02 N — 51 42,14 E. 3 — Buoyage has been temporarily established in the following positions: Designation Characteristic Position H1 Fl.G 25 02,98 N — 51 41,89 E ; H2 Fl.R 25 05,48 N — 51 41,40 E ; H3 Fl.G 25 05,50 N — 51 41,90 E.
