All buoys north of position 4 26,50 N — 7 08,80 E are now lit. 5 — The light-buoy, Iso.4s Fairway, and associated radar beacon, Racon (B), have been moved from position 4 12,46 N — 7 00,28 E to position 4 12,20 N — 7 00,10 E. 6 — East of Ford Point, between positions 4 35,26 N — 7 11,18 E and 4 36,05 N — 7 10,56 E, the river shoals rapidly outside of the buoyed channel. (All positions are referred to WGS84 Datum) 7 — These changes will be included in New Editions of Charts 3286, 3287 and 3288 to be published mid 2014.
