Chart correction 4092(P)/24 — chart 1335

Chart 1335 will be updated by Notice to Mariners. (WGS84 DATUM) Charts affected - 1329 - 1330   Wk36/24 To accompany Notice to Mariners 4075/24 On Chart 940 OLD STORSTRØMSBRO (OLD BRIDGE OVER STORSTRØM) (54°58´·01N 11°52´·59E) Navigation through the bridge´s side spans is forbidden due to danger of falling concrete debris. As a result, navigation is only permitted through the centre arch span, the 7th bridge span from the north and the southernmost span. These spans are marked with signs that read, GENNEMSEJLING TILLADT (passage permitted). To accompany Notice to Mariners 4075/24 On Chart 940 NEW BRIDGE OVER STORSTRØM (54°58´·01N 11°52´·59E) A new bridge is under construction NW of the existing bridge over Storstrøm. To protect the construction activities, marked work areas have been established. The work areas are adjusted as the construction of the bridge progresses. In the work areas unauthorized sailing, diving, anchoring, fishing and work on the bottom are prohibited. Channels have been established to guide the ships between the work areas. The location of the channels is adjusted as the construction of the bridge progresses. Mariners can find information about the current location and marking of the work areas and channels in the Danish Notices for Mariners (Efterretninger for Søfarende - EfS). Changes in location and marking will be published with notices (P-notices) in EfS. The route of the bridge, the work areas and channels are shown in the chart. The Geodata Agency will adjust the location and marking in the chart in accordance with the notices in EfS. However, mariners must be aware that there may be delays from the time adjustments to location and marking are published in EfS until the adjustments are available as block in the publication Danish Chart Corrections.
