18469 1Ed. 11/22/13 LAST NM N20/22 N22/22 Change Note to "TRAFFIC SCHEME Vessels under 20 metres shall remain clear of all seaplane takeoff and landing areas and must use the inbound /outbound traffic lanes through the Middle Harbour. Vessels 20 metres or larger may transit the seaplane takeoff and landing areas in the Outer and Middle Harbour. Only vessels 20 metres or larger may access the marina on the north shore of the Middle Harbour, with prior clearance from the Port of Victoria (VHF 18A).
