62460 5Ed. 10/29/11 LAST NM 18/20 19/20 Add Note in lower right margin of chart “SHOALS Westward of Ra's al Khaymah (25° 47’ 00"N, 55° 56'00"E) and North-eastwards of Umm al Qaywayn (25° 35’ 00"N, 55° 34’ 00"E), there are numerous banks within the 10 meters depth curve, some of which are thought to move under the influence of Shamals (North-west winds).” Note in lower right margin of chart “WORKS IN PROGRESS Reclamation is in progress within the areas shown on this chart. Aids to navigation are established and moved as necessary as work progress and all vessels area warned to keep well clear. Due to the magnitude and speed of construction of the developments this chart may not accurately reflect the present state of the works in progress.
